5 Quick & Nutritious Breakfast Smoothie Recipes



It's early in the morning, you're half asleep & all you want is an easy breakfast solution that will keep you full & give you the boost you need to start your day...


Well, you've come to the right place.


Here are 5 of my favorite breakfast smoothies that are sure to give you energy & keep you full in the mornings:



1. Classic Strawberry Banana


- 1 cup almond milk

- 1 banana

- 1 1/2 cup frozen strawberries

- 1 tablespoon honey


Optional

- 1 tablespoon coconut oil



2. Peanut Butter Banana


- 1 cup almond milk

- 1 banana

- 2 tablespoons peanut butter

- 1 tablespoon honey


Optional

- 1 cup spinach

- Add 1 Tablespoon of cocoa powder to give it a chocolatey twist!



3. Chocolatey Almond


- 1 cup almond milk

- 1 banana

- 2 tablespoons almond butter

- 1 tablespoon cocoa butter

- 1 tablespoon honey


Optional

- 1 cup spinach

- You can also add 2-3 pitted dates to sweeten it up!



4. Berry Acai


- 1 pack frozen Acai

- 1 cup coconut water

- half cup frozen strawberries

- half cup frozen blueberries

- 1 banana


Optional

- 1/2 Hass Avocado



5. Blueberry Banana


- 1 cup almond milk

- 1 cup frozen blueberries

- half cup frozen strawberries

- 1 banana

- 1 cup spinach


Optional for all smoothie recipes: Add 1 scoop of collagen peptides &/ or protein powder for an extra boost!
